Augmented Reality (AR) is a form of technological advancement in the 4.0 revolution era, which is currently often used as a means of creative education. The INP, especially Gresik Traffic Police, have used AR as one of the creative innovations in providing education to driving lisence applicants, which is called Creative Augmented Reality Education (CARE). The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation and optimization of the CARE program at the Gresik Police. Researchers used this type of research with qualitative methods with a case study approach, which used data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the CARE program was supported by adequate infrastructure and provided many benefits to the community. The efforts to optimize the implementation of the CARE program are by adding the features of the CARE service provided, optimizing the socialization of the CARE program to driving license applicants and optimizing effective educational methods in building driving awareness.
